Veteran selector NUTS formerly of SUPER DEE pulled up to the Entertainment Report Podcast for an EPICCC conversation about his career and sound system / sound clash culture. Nuts spoke about going to King Tubby's studio growing up, Delano from Renaissance, Geefus from Stone Love and himself playing a sound called Nucleus, playing Silver Hawk for a bit, Rory offering him to play Stone Love, getting to Super Dee, Admiral Bailey giving him to confidence to speak on the mic, Sky Juice from Metro Media introducing him to Bounty Killer and Freddie Krueger getting to Super Dee.
Nuts also spoke about epic sound clashes in the 90's with Bass Odyssey, Silver Hawk, Stone Love, Lee's Unlimited, King Addies, Black Kat, Super Saint, African Star, 4x4 Exodus and Bodyguard. He also spoke about his reason for leaving Super Dee, joining Afrique for a bit then joining One Blood from Milwaukee and eventually leaving the business all together.
