Singer, Songwriter and Penthouse Records recording artist SHUGA pulled up to the Entertainment Report Podcast for a great conversation about her career. Shuga spoke about growing up in St. James, touring with Tanya Stephens as a backup singer, entering and winning Digicel's Rising Star Competition, meeting and recording for Donovan Germain from Penthouse Records, recording music with Bugle, Marcia Griffiths and Judy Mowatt.
Shuga also spoke about why she left the music business for a bit, entering the Jamaica Festival Song Competition in 2020 and her new hit song "Dear Mr. Government".
