The best way to outsource work is with freelancers. There are plenty of very smart freelancers who you can work with without having to put them in your office, without having to train them, without the crazy annoying paper work. You just get them to work online for you.

You can hire some very smart people who will do amazing job in your company. Most things in your business are super simple and there are a lot of freelancers that can do them. Most things can be done from people who are working for between $2 to $6 an hour.

There are only a couple of skills that you need to teach your employees. You can do anything else by just managing it in a good way and using people that are not that expensive.

Even super successful companies have plenty of employees who are just simple employees doing simple jobs. Good examples are Amazon, Walmart and McDonalds.

The 2 most important skills that you have to possess are:
• Sales
• Outsourcing

If you are extremely good at those 2 things, you can do almost anything you want even almost for free. It does not matter what you are trying to do, because if you can find the right people who can do it and if you can find the right people who can you can sell it to, then that is all that matters. You do not need anything else.

Your life can be very different and it can be even weird for you. You can avoid activities like cleaning the dishes, cleaning the house, cooking, because that can be done by someone else for a very reasonable price.

You can lead you whole life as a business and that way you can have a lot of time for the things that you enjoy and love doing.
