Here's the thing though, you can build a personal brand quite easily now and that creates trust and credibility, almost instantly... Which is exactly what people are looking for when they're making the buying decision.

Before it was possible to hide your name and make all kinds of claim. For example, lifting some weights that you cannot actually lift or making some money that you do not actually make.
Right now everything is out and is open. Everything comes out. You cannot hide anything on the internet anymore.
Some students tell me that they do not want to run their business with their own name, because if they fail they will not be able to get a job afterwards. But by doing that and trying to hide, you are making this 10 times harder. People are very smart right now and it is very hard to hide anything on the internet. It is almost completely impossible.
Put your name out there in the front of your website or in the front of your YouTube. Create your own personal brand.
In the beginning of your business it is better to put your own personal name as a business name. In the beginning you lack credibility. People do not believe you. Whatever proof you present it is very hard to convince people.
If you put your name out there your credibility skyrockets. For me, I put my own name there and people trust me almost from the first day. That is because I speak honestly and I use my own name.
People who do not use their own name are always get rejected. People are getting smarter every year. Social media exposes everything.
What should you do with your business with social media?
Create social media from the very first day that you start your business. Send some paid traffic to it. Build a small following at least. You have to be active regularly. You need to be legit. That will make it a lot easier to get sales.
If you go on LinkedIn and create groups and communities of people who are looking for that sort of stuff. You can create content for them, based on what they want.
If you have a community of strong supporters, then any new client researching you will see that you have fans, you have very loyal customers, so they will be 10 times more likely to buy from you.
Trying to run a business with just called calling is very hard. It works. You get sales. It is very scalable, but it requires really hard work, where you are trying to convince people that you are legit.
In this type of marketing where people trust you earlier on, you do not need even contracts half of the time.
It is much easier for people who build social media followers to run a business than someone who is trying to build a boiler room sales environment.
I have seen people build seven figure companies using the boiler room method. Now, you do not have to do it anymore.
Put yourself out there. Use your real name. Build a corporate called website with a personal touch, where your face is on there and you welcome people in a video. Explain them who you actually are. People do not just buy the product or service. They also buy you. That is part of the sales process. They have to buy you before they buy your services or products.
