I am going to share with you a few persuasion techniques that I have learned from 9 years in being in sales, coaching people and doing business in general.

If you learn how to persuade people properly and use these techniques to their fullest potential, you will be able to work with the best people and get the best clients. If you do not learn this, you are less likely to grow to a level that is beyond average.

Every single successful person is very good at persuasion. That is one of the most important skills that they use on a daily basis to get results in their business.

1 – Treat people like they need to be persuaded. People get pushed in their entire lives and they become numb to this sort of treatment. They get tired of this and they will notice that you are treating them badly.

If you treat them like they are your equal and they need to be persuaded, if you talk to them like real human beings, they will never forget you. You will have their gratitude forever.

You can say to them: “There are no limits. Despite the fact that you can do anything and talk to anyone and do business with anyone, I would like you to do business with me. I would like to see the value of this relationship. I want to make sure that you get the most of it.”

If you are that person, you can become a million times more persuasive in an ethical way.

You are giving people the choice and they are choosing to work with you. You are empowering them. You are giving them a better vision of what they have in themselves.

That is how you make the world a better place and that is how you get better at sales and persuasion. That is what true power is, not forcing people, but giving them the choice and letting them choose.

Here is what I have learned from working and hiring people? I have hired more than 300 people over the last 9 years.

2 - If someone is not motivated to do something without getting paid for it, money is not going to motivate them. You can give them more money, but it will not get them to do a better job unless it’s manual work.

I recommend that if you want to hire and work with people, get them to do it for free first or find people who are already doing it for free. Those people will be much more motivated. They are going to need less persuasion.

3 – The law of reciprocity. How do you implement reciprocity?

What to do if you want someone to give you something?

If I want to someone to treat me for dinner, I have to treat them for dinner and after that people are going to be extremely motivated to reciprocate this for you. If you give something to someone first, then they will be very likely to as is human nature to give it back to you.

You can test this by going into a club and give a drink to someone without expecting to give it back to you. Be friendly with them. Do not expect anything and see what happens. They will introduce you to their friends and maybe they will buy you something else.

If you send people free stuff via mail, they will actually end up buying. That is the law of reciprocity. People will treat you the same way you treat them. If you give people something, they will have a strong urge to give something back to you.

4 – Help people succeed. If you want to deal with people and have friends that are successful, help them succeed, because this is what they want. Every single moment they are thinking about how to get success, how to become a better person, so I can give more back to the world.

If you are a person who gives to other people and helps them succeed, then you will have tremendous power in their lives.
