Once you see what works best for you, then you should implement it on a daily basis and it will get you results.

You will be able to choose the type of clients you want to work with. Then, you can create a funnel and start selling to them even if you have nothing to sell. You are just testing the market to see if someone will buy. If there is a demand for your service or product, then you build the service or product delivery company.

Instead of having a few people who can do the delivery for you, you can build a team building company.

People leave all the time and it can be really hard to find the right person for the job if you have limited time to do the delivery.

You are the investor and the entrepreneur of your own business. You need to invest in your own company. You may fail many times, but if you succeed just one time, your success rate will be more than enough to make your business grow.

If you want to reach to an 8 – figure business, you need to do lots of tests.
