In this video I am going to answer the question: “Should I start a business?” When I started 8 years ago, I thought that I am going to get into business and there is going to do little work and I am going to be a billionaire and everything will just come to me and all of the success that I have ever wanted is going to be in my hands almost instantly.

I thought it would take half an year max and my business will be passive income automated. I will be flying over the world and just meeting awesome girls and doing all of the cool shit that I have ever wanted to do. That is what I thought 8 years ago. Two years later I went out of business. And I had to start all over again, because I had a small debt from failing to make a good enough profit and let’s be honest any profit in the first 2 years.

So, here is what I learned after that. Since then I realized that running a business is not for everyone. If you do not want to hustle, if you do not want to become a hustler, if you do not want to learn how to make shit happen while making your business reality and sacrificing most of your free time to build that business, then probably you should not.

If you want to have you hand held and you want to be studying in university and you think in university they are going to teach you everything and after so many in university, then you are going to be instantly prepared to get into business. I am sorry. That is not true. If you think that someone else is going to work for you and you do not have to do it, but someone else will and you just are going to be the CEO making decisions, strategic decisions and stuff like that. I am sorry, business is probably not for you.

However, if you realize that you just have to focus on one thing, keep implementing, keep hustling and stick at it for many years and you are hungry for that success, you are hungry to make millions of dollars, then business is probably for you. In the last few years, in the last 5 years I have visited 35 countries while travelling the world and building my business online. And I have coached hundreds of people to do the same.

So, here is what I have learned. So, when you enter the world of business, as they say the 5 people you surround yourself with. That is the average that you will become. Now, in business if you are in sales, if you are in marketing and you are dealing with other business owners, guess what? Those people, they have already made it. Those people are pretty damn cool.

So, when you get into business, you are actually around really cool people, who are really looking to make the world a better place. There is no room for too much greed. They want money, but they want to contribute. They understand value, they are all these good character trades that will allow you to learn from osmoses and you will be able to become a better person. Have more fun in your life, travel the world, meet more interesting people, make more money and that is a major, major benefit to your business.

And let’s say that you want to be a philanthropist, let’s say you want to give back and help the unfortunate. How can you do that if you do not run a business? Make some of that money that you make in your job and you give it to charity. What will they do with that money? It is just a company. They take 80% of it and you put it in your pocket and pay taxes or whatever, right?

If you run a business you can actually afford to start your own thing and hire the people that you want to hire. If you want to hire the people who need help, go for it.
