(NSFW) Here's my breakdown of why you should never ever get a job. If you're easily offended, look away :)

It used to be that you needed to go to university and you had to study for 4/5 years and you spend your time getting wasted partying and learning how to work in a bureaucracy and learning skills like excel, accounting and so on.
After you graduate from university you go and apply to a job. It takes you 4/5 months to get a job, which is unrelated to the degree that you got.
When you get your job you will get a mentor at work. This is a person who has been doing it for 20 years and is a few steps ahead of you. He is making 50% more money than you. He is not teaching you how to become an entrepreneur. He is teaching you how to work in a bureaucracy. He is teaching you to become what he is right now.
All the time you get told: What do you want to do? What are you strengths and your weaknesses? What do you want to become. Where do you see yourself in 5 years? You tell them your dream and early on you tell them the truth. You tell them what you actually want to do.
You tell them something like: “I want to travel and I want to see the world and I want to do lots of interesting things and do lots of interesting things and meet interesting people.” That is what most people want to do. They will tell you that this is not a dream and that you want to become an accountant.
What do you actually want to do? Do you want to get into business or do you go into a company and be mentored by someone, who teaches you how to pay your duties?
“I worked really hard to get here. When you get to my age you will understand.” Do you want to listen to those guys? Do you want to listen how to become them?
Do you want to listen to your boss? Do you want to be depressed at the age of 40? Do you want to create a business? Do you want to travel the world? Do you want to see places, meet positive people? Do you want to be the person, who is behind the steering wheel? Or do you want to be a pencil pusher in an office in a cubicle, which is how most people in an office work these days.
I cannot believe that this is still the case and I cannot believe that people are still in traffic and spend time in traffic every single day. You have the opportunity to not do that, you have the opportunity to do what you feel like doing.
What is the solution?
Look at people, who are not doing the traditional route. Look at people, who were ridiculed that they took the untraditional path. Look at what those people are doing.
You can replicate almost any kind of success. It does not matter what kind of talent you have, it does not matter what parents you have or what they tell you, because they lived in a different time and most people are stuck in a different time. You do not want to be stuck in the past.
I have been travelling the world for 4 years. I have been in business for 8 years. You do not want to go to a job.
I have been to a job for 8 months. You learn some things and maybe you will get into sales, which us a very useful skill, but it is not fulfilling. There is that empty feeling. Why would you want to that to yourself?
People who have a job and settled in and not moving forward. When you stop moving forward, that is when you start dying. First they dye on the inside and then their body dyes. That sounds very negative, but that is the real truth.
Do you really want to live the traditional life, where you study, get a job and then retire? Have a few children and one of them comes to visit you every few years. It is just not appealing to me.
There are a lot of people who live that kind of life, but for me, I am not satisfied with a life like that and I will not stand for it.
