An art installation presented by the NYCLU at ArtRange Gallery in Syracuse takes a look at the city before the erection of the I-81 corridor. We discussed the week-long installation with artist Shane Lavalette and Lanessa Chaplin, the New York Civil Liberties Union’s I-81 Project Counsel.
