This week on the show we're in full inspiration mode thanks to my guest Nikki Umana-Tate.
Nikki is about to start her fourth charity bike ride for Hands Across the Water in four years, riding 500kms through Thailand in 5 days where the temperatures can exceed 40 degrees, all for a cause she believes in.
What I love about her story is how something as simple as responding to a cause she believes in has lead to an even more extraordinary life.
