Chuk is one of the original members of the Skull and Bone gang of New Orleans and is the founder of the Northside Skull and Bone gang here in Oregon. Chuk migration to Portland started with the tragedy of hurricane Katrina. He did not evacuate for the storm, so he gives us his firsthand account of living through the storm.
