This is first episode of our racial identity series. On this series I sought out people that are willing to share stories that range from tragedy to triumph as it pertains to their internal/external struggles with racial identity. On this episode I joined by my guy Austin Schneider. Austin is a Husband, father, sales professional for a multi-national corporation and man that identifies as bi-racial. Austin shares stories from childhood to adulthood, navigating this world through times of privilege and discrimination.
