This episode is with my good friend Shawn Pryor. Shawn has been in the comics game for a bit
starting out with his own imprint PKD media and then as one of the Founders of Action Lab Entertainment. Shawn also has a long running podcast called The Black Box podcast (one in which I've been a guest on plenty of times). After a brief sabatical from making comics he's returning with a new all ages comic Cash & Carrie from his new company Crowntaker Studios. He's funding the first comic with a Kickstarter that is currently in progress. In this episode we talk about all manner of things, observations of the the comics game, fandom, diversity in media, R&B and Hip Hop, execution of ideas and much more.
