The Dirty Disbelievers, pulsating through the ether, for those freethinkers looking to explore a world deviating from the normal or the so called common order - a jungle of the aberrant, abnormal and just plain dicey.
Maynard has put together such a group, an A Team of B thinkers, a quartet of enquiring minds.
The program will bring together Jaimie Leonarder from Sydney's Mu Meson Archives and a long time investigator of the anomalous in discussion with Richard Saunders and Dr Rachael Dunlop (aka Dr Rachie), both from the Australian Skeptics.
The show will also feature the "reality challenged" Tony Push in a segment entitled "When Push Comes To Shove" in which Tony promises to make whatever you are thinking about a lot less clear. Any program with Maynard involved would not be the same without a selection of MILF (Music I'd Like To Forget) of course.
The ABC did not like this show at all. It was described by the program director at a regional station as "overproduced and self indulgent".
We can only hope so..
I've included this here as the concept of intervening with someone taking a perhaps non logic based decision. When and if should you harsh their mellow?
