What does one do with a child who has an excessive amount of energy? You know the type who just can't sit still? Put the pen down, Emma!
You let her run to burn off that energy ... and eventually that may end up leading to a running, duathlon and triathlon career. That's what happened with Emma Pallant at least anyway.
In between fidgeting with her pen, Emma and I talked about her recent engagement, how she'd like to be remembered or known as a 'doer,' how her Dad loves to win, and her amazing work building a running community in an orphanage.
