Colonel Yvonne Spencer is a mover, shaker, disrupter, and leader in basically anything and everything she does. Not only is she one of the few Black Female Colonels in the United States Air Force, she is a pioneer in the triathlon community with Fast Chix, and an absolute force of a human being.
