As we move into a season of longer nights, we are already anticipating the return of the light. Our spiritual traditions are filled with sacred holidays celebrating the light. But not so fast! What about the dark? The dark is more than absence of the light. It is yin energy, the sacred feminine, an energy of gestation, death, absence, and more. This week we honor the Holy Dark, our ancestors, our tears, and the fecund emptiness.
