Faith is an essential element in co-creating with the universe and living a fulfilled experience of life.Through my personal experiences and through supporting others on their transformational journey, it has become clear that faith is not always an easily accessed state of being, but can be awakened through understanding and training our emotion. In this talk we will explore how our emotions create the “lens” of the life we are currently living and practice easy techniques to transform unwanted experiences into beautiful opportunity for growth and expansion.
