When we read about the widow who gave her two small coins as an offering, we understand the value of her small gift. In fact, her small gift was larger and of more value than the rich who gave more monetarily. Why is this? Why is it we can understand the story well, but often fail to implement the teaching in our own lives? What type of gift is considered worthless to God?
