Ezekiel tells the children of Israel that the end is upon them. It is a day of reckoning. This message resonates today as we recognize that Christ, as our reconciler, has already paid for our sins and done all that is needed for us to be saved. Sadly, so many have yet to receive this free gift and will find that there will come a day when there is no "later" to deal with the issue of sin. May we not wait that long.
