Description

In this episode, Norman and I take an odd turn and talk about relationships and honest communications - I reference an article from the New York Times about Open Relationships (https://www.nytimes.com/2017/05/11/magazine/is-an-open-marriage-a-happier-marriage.html) and a Slate artlcle on how marriages change when you have children (http://www.slate.com/articles/life/family/2017/05/happy_mother_s_day_you_will_hate_your_husband_after_having_a_baby.html). We also talk about having a "healthy fear" and respect for your parents and the ethics of corporeal punishment. Theater-wise, we put a plug in for The Musical Cafe (and the show I'm in, The Chain); Krystle Jong will be in An Intimate Ache, which will open at Bindlestiff Studio in June; Norman has a show at the Eugene O'Neill House; and shoutouts to Gina Baleria, Gary Henderson, Nick Bayne and our good friend Colin Hussey.
