I came across Oh No's Ultimate Breaks and Beats album one day while looking for beats. It had a feel that was totally different to everything that i was hearing. There's no Trap or Auto-tune here. Just classic sounds. Samples and Breaks. I started messing around and writing to a few of the beats and one thing led to another. I picked my favorites and decided to put together this project. It reminds me of an old mixtape that I would make ripping songs off the radio back in the days before the luxury of Youtube and various other streaming outlets. This is grimy, rough, and unpolished and thats exactly the type of Hip Hop I miss and exactly what i wanted to make.
