Description

"Crowds of people are queuing up to get the cure, jockeying for position, figuring out how to cut the line. An exhausted health care worker slips out at dawn to catch the briefest moment of stillness before going back to work. Is this a description of life in 2021, or just the first chapter of St. Mark's Gospel?" The Rev. Samuel T. Vaught preaches on the fifth Sunday after the Epiphany (February 7, 2021).

Readings: Is. 40:21-31; Ps. 147:1-12, 21c; 1 Cor. 9:16-23; Mk. 1:29-39
