While it’s great that more Art Institutions are engaging non-white artists to share their work and process in faith and vulnerability, the invitation can be akin to asking said Artists, Artivists to enter a hostile environment that pretends to be socially conscious and it’s a horrible space of passive aggressive micro-aggressions.
