It’s Father’s Day Weekend! So the two fathers in the BFW crew got together to have some dad talk for the week. Rumble Williams led things off by discussing the two sides of the #SupportBlackBusiness argument (01:00) which got the Aldo and Los talking about their own experiences on the subject (03:00). Next, Aldo let us know What Burned His Boudin this week including non-vaccinated people (08:00), Texans carrying heavy (11:00), digital versions of video games (13:00), female Father’s Day posts (15:00), high wasted ‘after’ pics (17:00), NBA braids in 2021 (19:00) and Juneteenth in place of reparations (24:00). We got to talking some black talk including “I’m Not My Ancestors” shirts (25:00), non-blacks on slingshots (32:00) and folks who can appropriate the culture (35:00). To do something different, we had a Father’s Day program including a time capsule for our kids (42:00) before ending the pod with the Big Three toys that made us (59:00).
