In podcast 53 we set up at San Diego's breaking/dance event Culture of Four hosted by Eranetik and the Calamities crew. The pod CASTING COUCH was open to anyone that wanted to sit and chat with the NSF podcast. Most of the time was spent with our homie Rainen originally from Delivery Boyz, Footwork Fanatix and Jabbawockeez. Other notable homies that stopped by to chat were Keving Brewer (Jabbawockeez), Profo Won (Floor Gangz)and NIco Castro (Killafornia).
We basically caught up with Rainen as we go back with him in the SD breaking scene and in life in general. He talks about Jabbawockeez and we reminisce about his days back in San Diego.
Saso took a choreography class taught by Kevin and Rainen the night before so we talked about how it was for him getting back into the choreography realm after being away from it for so long. Saso is a former OG Jabbawockee.
Rainen and Kyle go back and forth about breaking as a sport and the comparison to crossfit as a sport.
We say hi to people that come by and catch Nico Castro for a good 10 minutes between battles, that is until Saso makes his feel mad uncomfortable with some comments.
As usual we close out with what we've been listening/watching in the past few weeks. Shout out to Netflix and iTunes.
