US equities extended the 2019 rally to a fresh high, the S&P500 currently up 0.2% on the day and 23% since late December. Supportive news included economic adviser Kudlow’s assessment the US-China trade talks had made “good headway”. US bond yields are slightly higher, while the US dollar is lower.
