Today, I covered an Alvin and the Chipmunks episode. Romancing Miss Stone.
In this episode Alvin develops a crush on his teacher, he even asks her out and thankfully she turns him down telling him he's too young, not "this is illegal".
Alvin's blood is boiling when he witnesses Dave ask out Miss Stone and he blackmails Simon and Theodore into sabotaging the date.
Which of course fails, because the next morning Dave says he had a fantastic time (yeah, we can all guess what happened). Honestly we don't need to guess that hard.
Alvin challenges Dave to an old fashioned duel (with water balloons) for the heart of Miss Stone and Dave actually accepts the challenge.
Dave, why are you encouraging this?
End of story, Alvin accepts defeat and falls for his babysitter. A beautiful black girl named Sandy who has no lines. WTH!
Writers couldn't give her a line, at all?
Overall, good episode, thankfully it didn't turn into a Mary Kay Letournau situation, winding up with Alvin a father twice over before age 14. Gross!
