Today, I covered S2E12: A Thanksgiving Story, which aired on November 29, 1986.
In this episode Jamie learns the value of family on Thanksgiving.
I remember the latchkey kid episode, but having not seen it since I was 8 I had no idea it was in this episode. It's funny how as a kid you remember seeing an episode of a show and then watching it 30 years later and finding out you got the details wrong. I thought the whole aftermath of Jamie being found out took place in the kitchen and not the Livingroom,
It was still a good episode though and Harriet was adorable dressed up as a turkey.
I know, weird, right?
Since whenever have I positively commented on Harriet's wardrobe in any of the episodes I covered.
This episode has the boy who played David Silver's friend Scott from Beverly Hills 90210 who's character sadly died after (SPOILER ALERT!) playing with a gun that goes off and ends his life.
Also sadly, this kid doesn't seem to have his acting chops yet, as it looks like he's trying too hard to be overly dramatic in his line reading and at some point looks like he's reading from a Que card above Jamie's head.
