As media coverage continues to hold, ABK begins to ramp up its Union Busting tactics in its Raven Software branch. We talk about the detereoration of the situation as workers attempt to negotiate in good faith with an unwilling ABK leadership group. We go on to talk about more major accusations against the company, including a recent lawsuit from the family of a former coworker and ABK's failure to abide by California hiring laws.
