Lyrics:
I remember... we were we were together we were alone together were we alone?
I remember I remember thinking thinking... something wonderful had happened.
I can't remember, but I know... I know something I know something terrible happened.
My heart beats faster these days... I hear the signs clattering in the wind...
And I know something terrible has happened.
Notes:
Against a background of chance, things sometimes coalesce around an axis of unity; often there are several axes that intersect simultaneously. Sometimes these axes shift and things dissolve, but not always into something that is exactly unity's opposite. There is beauty in either state and at every point in between and beyond, and the extremities caused by such shifts are unquestionably some of the times when one feels the most intensely alive. And sometimes wonderful things still happen.
