Inspiration from India this week with Paayal Mahajan! The founder of Essential Body Couture is living her best life right now. She's built a global brand, transformed herself physically (losing 120 pounds), was highlighted in Harper Bazaar's international fashion issue and is getting married this week. She took time from planning her New Delhi wedding to talk with me about reflecting on enjoying the moment and admits her favorite place to be in the world is in her lab, creating new formulations for her award-winning brand.
