Claudia Williams of Curious Leadership is my guest this week.
Claudia spent the early part of her career as a corporate attorney working on global HR and litigation for Hershey.
As it is with most attorneys, they’re called in when things go wrong.
She found herself at the tail end of so many bad situations where she had to rebuild timelines and track down the miscommunication that she was inspired to make a career change. She wanted to help identify patterns on the front end to keep businesses out of court.
She wrote the book frientorship, using friendship, mentorship and leadership to drive profitability and build a sustainable competitive advantage. We talk about her own career change and the patterns she's been able to identify in the strongest and weakest company cultures.
