Description

Carol Stewart is an Executive, Career and Business Coach, Speaker and Writer. She is the founder of Abounding Solutions and helps high achieving women (with an emphasis on introverted women) transform their professional lives. She coaches them to be authentic, bold, confident leaders who excel in their careers and businesses.

Carol also helps organisations to develop the talent pipeline of women. Her article How Diverse is Your Pipeline: Developing the Talent for Women and Black and Ethnic Minority Employees was published in the Industrial and Commercial Training Journal in 2016.

Prior to starting her business, Carol worked for the Ministry of Justice. Starting in one of the most junior roles, she progressed to a senior manager, with responsibility for a group of magistrates’ courts in the North East London area.

She holds an MSc in Coaching Psychology, a PG Diploma in Management Studies, is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management and member of the Association for Coaching. In January 2015 (less than 3 years since starting her business), Carol was named as one of Britain’s top 50 Business Advisers by Enterprise Nation.
