On Saturday November 28th the Western Mustangs women's hockey team battled the #1 Nationally ranked Guelph Gryphons. It was the second time these teams faced off against each other, as Guelph had beat Western 3-0 earlier in the season. It took 70 minutes of hockey (4 on 4 OT and 3 on 3 OT) and a shootout to decide a winner, with Western pulling out the 3-2 victory. This broadcast was live from Thompson Arena on the campus of Western University with John Urban and Matt Labatt taking you through the action, Dan Soden in the studio.
