On Friday January 22nd the #4 Nationally ranked Western Mustangs women's hockey team hosted the Laurentian Voyageurs. Despite the mismatch of paper, the Lady Vee's were the team to come out of the gate strong, leading 3-0 9:19 into the contest. Although the Mustangs battled back, in the 2nd/3rd periods, they would lose 4-3 to the visiting squad.
