As we continue through our series The Common Thread, connecting our faith to Abraham’s faith, we are once again focusing on David. Most of us know that David was a man after God’s heart but we sometimes forget that David committed a series of acts so terrible, he should have been put to death. But instead, God spared his life. Chris will share why God chose mercy and grace over death. We’ll also hear about some news surrounding Israel, and a dramatic reading from Holocaust survivor, Zvi Kalisher in Apples of Gold.
