England is a divided and deluded Babylonian mess right now but I choose to take the glass half full approach and celebrate a heap of UK reggaematical tackle from back in the days of the Miner’s Strike and Rock Against Racism, up to right now times.
This isn’t meant to be comprehensive, chronological, going particularly ‘deep' or even inclusive. Just some killer tunes and personal favourites. For every one included I left out a bunch, so if anyone wants a Volume 2, speak up.
Through all this present day nonsense and shittery, it’s wise to remember tough times produce great tunes and the best art.
