Description

Mark Watson, Interim Dean of University of Oregon Libraries, discusses how the libraries have responded to the COVID crisis. He also talks about the rich resources the library has curated to address diversity, equity, and inclusion; especially anti-racism. In addition, Watson explains the history of the controversial murals in the Knight Library and how the UO has responded. Watson has worked at UO Libraries since 1986. He describes how his work as a librarian has changed over the years and what the future may hold.
