After 70.3 Worlds 2019 - Gustav Iden was the talk of the town - meanwhile on the Ironman circuit his older brother Mikal got some attention too by winning Ironman Tallinn, in national record time.
At age 25 Mikal has alreday been coaching for many years - working as a full-time coach in Haugesund and assistant coach for Arild Tveiten on the national team.
