Kiyoshi and Lyndon give their thoughts on a question regarding whether to stay—or not—as a BIPOC worker in a predominantly white art institution, considering all the costs that may come with it. Kahlil and Kiyoshi give advice to a listener who wonders whether perhaps a lack of mingling could explain a lack of professional recognition. Erik and Espen wonder whether or not a listener actually should fight back against impostor syndrome or not.
