The Jacksonville Suns (26-38) fell to the Mobile BayBears (30-33) by an 8-7 score in 10 innings at Hank Aaron Stadium in the fourth game of the five game series on Monday night.
In the bottom of the 10th, BayBears shortstop Ildemaro Vargas hit a single to centerfield, and a fielding error by Suns centerfielder Yefri Perez scored Michael Perez to end the game in walkoff fashion. Suns reliever Tyler Bremer (4-4) took the loss allowing the unearned run in the 10th, while BayBears reliever Jimmie Sherfy (2-0) took the win by working a scoreless ninth and 10th innings.
