Mr. J a veteran musician, Singer and Songwriter out of the town of legends like Ottis Redding and Little Richard to name a few.
At the early age of 6 when he received his first set of drums the music has been in his soul. By the time he finished high school, he was accomplished and playing more than 7 instruments. The love of music and entertaining has created a drive that continues to this day for Mr. J.
After touring and performing with southern soul artist like Mel Waiters, Jeff Floyd, Sir Charles, Nelson Curry, Lattimore and others, Mr. J has started to put his stamp on the industry with his material. His new music is considered chitterling groove music which is a combination of soulful sounds in which he describes as Soul food and Soul music. He released His first two singles under his own production company Spray Productions 11 titled: Collard Greens and Chitterlings and Southern Soul Parrrttteee they can both be found on youtube and all the digital media and music outlets.
