Born Lisa Patterson in Chicago and raised in Illinois, Michigan and Ohio, Queen Denae began writing and singing music at four. After performing in many R&B and gospel groups, Queen Denae headed south to Houston, Texas, performing and recording with some of the greats in Blues and Southern Soul, and later being signed to Soul Town Entertainment, collaborating with Southern Soul’s producers and artists, such as Fat Daddy I Got the Blues, and M. Cally The Soul Singa. Her new single featuring Big Yayo, “B.Y.O.B” is a sure fire party starter!
