I'm Carolyn Barnes, a Holistic Life Coach & Certified Aroma Freedom Technique Practitioner helping other lady bosses to reconnect to their most vibrant selves by incorporating transformational self care into their lives and businesses.
I have been in the health & beauty world since 2010 when I started as a makeup artist and have since transitioned into a coach.
