Description

Jeff Yates joins the show for the first time since Hurricane Harvey. He gives an update on the tragedies he's experienced throughout the disaster and expresses his amazement on how quickly the city of Houston is bouncing back. Then, Jeff and Dr. Steven F. Hotze, M.D. and founder of the Hotze Health & Wellness Center, break down what vitamins and supplements people should take while dealing with this stressful situation throughout Houston on top of the upcoming allergy season. It is also important to eat healthy; With this stress, it's easy to consume comfort food, which is never good for the body. Dr. Hotze and Jeff break down why it's important to have a health coach and staff of professionals to coach you to have a better quality of life through a natural approach. Jeff came into the Hotze Health & Wellness Center last September. He developed diabetes in his 30s, started taking insulin and within about 40 days gained about 35 pounds. He was 387 pounds when he came into the Wellness Center. To learn more about Jeff's improvement, visit www.doa180.com.
