Dr. Jerry Harmon joins host Byron Tyler on this episode of Mid-South View Point. Dr. Harmon is a pastor in the Baltimore area sharing the story of their son, Jeremiah; who announced publicly that he was a homosexual. After his announcement on social media, Jeremiah auditioned on the singing competition, American Idol. He's now receiving national attention from his singing ability and public story. Dr. Harmon and his wife Carolyn are bombarded with negative media attention, saying they failed to love their son by not attending his performances.
