Description

Susan Heagy of Abundant Hope International is back for part-two sharing her life in Israel serving survivors of the holocaust. Susan says she doesn’t hear anger coming from those she serves despite their afflictions of torture, starvation, brutal treatment, and family members marched to death ovens during Hitler’s Nazi rule. There’s a resilience from these Jewish people living life close to and around the century mark. Susan says that the people she meets are clear to point out that they are not victims, they are survivors. She also talks about living in Acre (Akko), a port city in northwest Israel, on the Mediterranean coast.
