Mick Wilson & August Artier return to the airwaves with Beneath The Surface, Kicking off the new year with a selection of tracks that already showcase the quality of music that we can expect throughout 2022. Fresh new themes taking their lead from a wealth of genres combining some excellent sounds from some exciting artists new and established.
The track for this month’s Evergreen selection celebrates the UK Dub Step scene, La Roux ‘In for the Kill’ Skream’s ‘Let’s Get Ravey’ mix. Released back in 2009 a limited-edition press of 500 vinyl, capturing the moment when dub step, UK bass really made a firm statement to the ever-evolving underground sound that the UK was pioneering.
