We as a society are so afraid to fail that far too often we don't even try. And guess what never trying is called? Failure. It's so interesting how we are so willing to fail before we even try.
Today I share some lessons my children taught me about failure and how all adults can take a lesson from our children on how failure is essential in our growth as humans. I even extend a challenge.
